We understand that plans change. This policy explains our deposit, cancellation, and refund terms clearly so there are no surprises. If you have questions before booking, please call us at 561-354-3976 — we are happy to discuss your situation.

1. Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm your appointment and authorize Armature Worx to procure parts for your job. Deposit amounts are as follows:

Repair and maintenance	None required (may apply at our discretion)

Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a deposit, you authorize Armature Worx to order parts specific to your cart and job. For battery conversions, parts are typically ordered within 24–48 hours of deposit receipt.

2. Cancellations

2.1 Cancellation Before Parts Are Ordered

Full refund of deposit. If you cancel before Armature Worx has ordered parts for your specific job, your deposit will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2.2 Cancellation After Parts Are Ordered

Deposit is non-refundable. Once parts specific to your order have been procured, the deposit is forfeited. This is because lithium batteries and specialty parts are generally non-returnable once ordered. Armature Worx will make reasonable efforts to return or resell ordered parts to mitigate your financial exposure where possible, and will credit any recovered amount toward a future service.

2.3 Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Service

Deposit is forfeited regardless of whether parts have been ordered, due to reserved labor time. Exceptions may be made at Armature Worx discretion for documented medical emergencies or natural disasters.

2.4 Rescheduling

Free rescheduling with 48+ hours notice. You may reschedule your appointment at no charge provided you give at least 48 hours notice. One rescheduling is permitted without penalty per job. Subsequent rescheduling may require a new or additional deposit at our discretion.

3. Armature Worx Cancellations

If Armature Worx must cancel your scheduled appointment for any reason — including technician availability, vehicle issues, or other operational circumstances — we will:

Notify you as soon as possible by phone and/or text
Offer you the earliest available rescheduled appointment
Refund your deposit in full within 5–7 business days if you prefer not to reschedule

4. Completed Work

No refunds are issued on completed labor. If you are dissatisfied with completed work, please contact us within 7 days at info@armatureworx.com or 561-354-3976. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern, including returning to correct any workmanship issue at no charge within our 90-day labor warranty period.

5. Parts and Battery Returns

Parts and batteries that have been installed cannot be returned. For parts defects or failures, please refer to our warranty terms in our Terms and Conditions. Armature Worx will assist in processing any applicable warranty claim on your behalf.

Unused parts that were ordered for your job but not installed due to a change in scope may be returned at our discretion, subject to vendor return policies.

6. Dispute Process

If you believe a refund is owed to you that was not provided under this policy, please contact us first at info@armatureworx.com. We will review your situation and respond within 5 business days. We prefer to resolve disputes directly and amicably.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Armature Worx may result in documentation of the deposit agreement being provided to your card issuer and may affect your ability to receive future service from Armature Worx.
